In our service level agreements, you will find a transparent and precisely defined list of our services. Depending on the customer requirements, we offer:


  • Guaranteed availability of 99.9%, 99.5% or 99.0% based on annual average.
  • 24/7 service, 12/6 service or 8/5 service.
  • Response within an hour, three hours, or six hours.
  • Predefined protocols for fast recovery, even in the event of a complete failure!
  • Availability monitoring every minute, every hour or every 24 hours with distributed alarms.
  • Encrypted backups every hour, 12 hours or 24 hours, to multiple destinations.
  • Monitoring of backups and backup recipients.
  • Regular backup restoration tests.


The service levels are basically determined according to an individual agreement with you.
